Banasthali Vidyapith is one of the five higher education institutes in India meant only for women India. Thus, it admits only woman candidates to its BSc courses. The university offers 20 different BSc specialisations for students to choose from. These specialisations have different eligibility criteria. Tabulated below are specialisation wise eligibility criteria:

Aspiarnts should complete Class 12 with 50% aggregate in Class 10 and class and 12 from a recognised board. It doesn't matter if the student is from Biology stream or Computer Science stream. Admission to the BSc in Physics program at UPES depends on the individual's performance in Personal Interview.

In order to apply for BSc-MEd course at Biyani Girls College, candidates should complete a PG with 55% aggregate (general). For other categories, students should complete PG with 50% aggregate. Apart from this, the duration of the course is three years. The degree is offered through the University of Rajasthan.

The seat reservation policy for the SC/ST category for BSc at Nehru Arts and Science College is the same as reservation policy framed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The college has reserved a total of 19% of the seats for the SC/ST category. The seat reservation breakdown for the SC/ST category is as follows:
- 15% seats are reserved for the Scheduled Castes (SC) category
- 1% seats have been reserved for the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category
- 3% of the seats have been reserved for the SCA category

Nehru Arts and Science College makes the selection of students for BSc course based on merit. In order to get an admission in the above mentioned course, the students first must apply via the official website of the college. The admission committee then produces a rank list based on the Class 12 merit of the applicants. After that, the committee shortlists students based on the rank list. Shortlisted students are then called for a One-to-One interview/meeting round with the HOD/Principal/Dean of the college. Later, admit cards are issued to selected students.

BSc admissions at Nehru Arts and Science College are made based on merit in Class 12. Any candidate who has passed Class 12 and obtained a respective HSC certificate is eligible to apply. Applicants are ranked on the basis of marks obtained in Class 12 from recognised boards.

Candidates seeking admission to the integrated BSc plus MSc programme offered at NIIT University must meet the minimum NIIT University BSc eligibility criteria. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination and have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate in English and any of the two subjects out of Physics, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry can apply for admission to BSc at NIIT University.

The eligible criteria to pursuing a BSc degree from MGM School of Biomedical Sciences are as follows:
For 10+2:
- The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) examination with Science (PCB) or any equivalent examination recognised by an Indian University or a duly constituted Board.
- The candidate should have scored passing marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and must have an aggregate of at least 50% marks.
For Lateral Entry:
- If a corresponding Diploma course is available in the concerned specialty, lateral entry is applicable for all the UG Degree courses of the Allied Health Science Courses.
