For BSc courses, Class 12 pass students can apply. However, for the BSc (Hons) course admission, aspirants should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate and studied Chemistry and Biology or Life Sciences. The subject combination required for BSc (H) in Computer Science is Computer Science/Computer Application/Mathematics.

ITM Vocational University offers a BSc programme in both full-time and later-entry mode. The full-time mode candidates with twelve years of school education with 55% at Science Stream or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Maths (PCM), and Biology (PCB) as subjects, is qualified for the BSc programme. However, for the BSc later-entry mode candidates can either be 12 passed out or just have a diplom degree in the relevant field.
