You have not been able to access your B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing registration certificate and you should rush to the State Nursing Council at whose domain your institution (Holy Family Hospital, Okhla) has its affiliation. In this case, this would be Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) since you are in Delhi. They have online services; you can visit their official site to know their new registration or application status. You may be required to give details of your application, college, and your personal identification. In case of not making it clear online, call their helpline or email the registrar. They will be able to tell you the procedure,

So if you're planning to get into Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing at CIHSR, you basically need to have done GNM and be a registered nurse. They don't have a separate big entrance exam or anything most of the time — it's usually based on your marks. Forms come out somewhere around April to September. After that, if you're selected, you just have to give your documents, pay fees, and do a medical check. That's pretty much it.
