A score of 517 is quite good supposing it's out of 600. You can get a good college. List out the colleges you wish to apply to and then you will get a better idea. Check the previous year cutoff for the same colleges.

The cutoff is based on merit in the previous qualifying exam for the academic year 2022. The general category students require a minimum Gujarat University cutoff mark of 68.57 in merit.

Yes, You can a seat
To be eligible for admission in B.Sc. Nursing, you must have passed 10+2 with Biology Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board. Each college has its own eligibility requirements. The minimum percentage of marks that a candidate must score varies from one college to another. So, you may be eligible for admission in some colleges. However, it is not clear whether NEET is necessary for admission in B.Sc. Nursing.
