Mandatory Subjects : English
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with not less than five subjects,of which mandatory and Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Computer Science as a one of the subjects and should compulsorily study a language under Part I. Tamil, Hindi and French are the options available. Candidates from other universities or bodies and those from other countries having qualification not mentioned above should send their transcripts to The Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai-625021, Tamilnadu, India and obtain provisional eligibility certificate for admission.

candidate must have obtained 50% or more marks in English and an aggregate of 60% or more marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible for B.Sc. (Hons. ). Chemistry/ Physics/ Polymer Science course. DU releases its cutoff list. It will be available on the DUs website and the associated colleges' websites. Also in some of the leading newspapers.
