First of all both the courses are equally good and have their respective scope. As per difference is concerned so the majority of the difference is in syllabus, B.Tech is having a rich variety of concepts while on the other hand B.Sc. Is having less variety of concepts in their course curriculum. Finally if I talk about the current scenario of the market, so many big firms does not care about your degree whether you have done B.Sc. Or B.Tech, what they want that how much tech skills you possess in your self and how you handle their projects that is important for them. So that's you can't say about which course among give you a good sal

B.A. Is best for government jobs as it gives you lot of grip about the subjects like history, philosophy, english (You've to choose any of these) And if you do B.A. Journalism, it's good to settle in print & electronic media.
