Yes, you can pursue it. The eligibility criteria of M.Des Fashion design of NIFT and NID is graduation in any discipline. The CEED is another gateway for getting admission in top Design Institutes like IITs and IIST for M.Des courses. MIT ADT, Parul University, MIT WPU are the another universities offering the M.Des courses in various disciplines. There is no restriction of marks hence you can apply easily. The application process of top design Institutes like NID, NIFT and CEED has been closed for this year. So you can tryout the other institutions for admission.

Eligibility of the Master of Arts [MA] (Mass Communication) : The basic eligibility for admission to M.A. A. In Mass Communication is a Bachelor degree in any stream of minimum 3 years duration. It is not compulsory to have a Bachelors degree in Journalism or Mass communication but it certainly gives an edge. Therefore, you can do this course.
