B.Tech has advantages over B.Sc in terms of job opportunities. B.Tech degree holders have several employment options like GATE PSUs, UPSC, UPSC-IES, AFCAT ISRO, DRDO, CDS Railways, Banks and Private sectors. B.Tech degree holders of IITs, NITs and IIITs have the best campus placement opportunities and most of them have two or more employment options before the completion of their B.Tech degree. Therefore, B.Tech is much better.
