Fill the online form of Amity University, select specific branch as your first preference, select B.Sc Physics in course options. When I filled, the form was for Rs. 1,100. You will get an email regarding your application, you'll also get a brochure and a Dale Carnegie book at your home. Go for the interview at the date provided in the mail.
