Eligibility criteria for M.Sc Chemistry for the University of Delhi is given below for an idea. There are two types of seats known as Merit and Entrance test seats. Eligibility criteria for merit seats is B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry from University of Delhi only with at least two papers of Mathematics with minimum of 60% of marks. While the eligibility criteria for entrance test seats at DU are as under:-
1. B.Sc (Hons. ) Chemistry (3 Years Course after 10+2) from University of Delhi or any other University whose examination is recognised as equivalent to the University of Delhi fulfilling other conditions of eligibility. Candidate

Courses at PU, The final merit list is prepared by considering 75% weightage of PU CET 2020, 25% weightage of 10+2 examination and over and above weightage of NCC, NSS, etc. Because your rank is too higher, The ranks below 100 can be considered safe for admissions because the total number of seats here are 40 only. It is better to take guidance from some career counselors before taking such steps. However, you can leave college after getting admission because college can not force any student for studying there. However, a refund of admission fee and other charges you have paid there can be an issue and college can refuse to pay the same. Thank you.

Educational qualification: The candidates who have passed B.Sc with 60% or above marks, as well as candidates from Social Science discipline having Education/ Philosophy/ Geography/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Economics as one of the subjects in B.A. -III Examination, have passed with 60% or above marks shall be considered as nonsubject candidates. Candidates who have passed their Undergraduate degree with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognized University in India or abroad recognized by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply.
Candidates writing their final examination in March-May 2020 are also eligible to apply (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far).
Applicants from non-Computer Science should have studied any of the following subjects at the Pre- University or Degree level Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Mathematics or Electronics.
