Shortlisted candidates must report at IHM Hajipur as per the scheduled appointment and the necessary documents for the verification process. Selected BSc (HHA) programme candidates must provide their required documents, such as
- Self-attested photocopies of Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- Age proof
- Category certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)

Yes, candidates can take provisional admissions for BSc courses at IHM Hajipur. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination at the time of entrance are also eligible to apply provisionally, subject to the condition that they should produce proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission. The candidates selected provisionally will not be allowed to join/ continue in case they fail the Class 12 examination.

The total fees for BSc courses at KGMU range from INR 48,000 to INR 3 lakh. Fees for the BSc programme also varies according to reservation quota. Candidates from general category are required to pay INR 48,100 (With Hostel) and 43,200 (Without Hostel). However, OBC/ SC/ ST category students are required to pay INR 42100 (With Hostel) and INR 37200 (Without Hostel). Usually, the tuition fee is paid at the beginning of each academic year.
