For admission to the BSc course at IIT Bombay, candidates are first required to complete the basic eligibility criteria, which state that applicants must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For reserved categories (SC, ST, and PwD), the minimum aggregate is 65%. Further, all the IIT aspirants have to appear for JEE Main and afterwards, JEE Advanced. Yes, with 414 marks in CUET, you have a good chance of getting admission to B.Sc in Cardiology at the Central University of Rajasthan. According to last year's cutoff, general category students above 300 in CUET were already selected in the first couple of rounds themselves. Your score is much better than the threshold for your desired course. Your final selection is based on seat availability, category, and merit list. You should look out for counselling rounds and spot rounds thereafter, as well, if available seats are there. Based on available information, Sagar Degree College does not offer a B.Sc. B.Ed. program.
If you're interested in this course, you could look at other colleges in Madhya Pradesh like Regional Institute of Education-bhopal, IES University- Bhopal, or Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University, Chhatarpur, which do offer it.
