Admission for B.Sc, BA and B.Com in University of Calcutta is based on merit (12th Marks). Hence, there is no entrance exam for these courses. Please read admission and examination regulations for BA, B.Sc and B.Com by using the following link:

You need to appear for its entrance test which it conducts every year and then you need to fill up the details and score well with at least 60 percent in your board marks of the respective country.

No, there is no scholarship scheme as such for B.Sc honours. You may get a scholarship to study PhD or M.Sc in some colleges but not for B.Sc. It does not have any such scheme.
