The minimum eligibility criteria is a 10+2 pass with minimum 50% along with English as one of the core subjects.
Science stream for B.Sc and Any stream for BA.

You can start preparing for UPSC by following this things :- 1) Read NCERT of 6 to 12 Standard 2) Read Newspaper regularly 3) Go through Syllabus of exam.

Depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical programming /coding / research / academics area then M.Sc / MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better. Thank you.
