Hello,
As you are preparing for the air force best is to do B.Tech as it will give you the widest options in airforce. For B.Tech you have to give the JEE exam or other state engineering exams. You can also do engineering from a private university. Don't pursue B.A. As it limits your option to only CDS.

In comparison to B.Sc in MLT, you can go for B.Voc Degree in Medical Lab Technology. This course will help you in getting more of practical knowledge and give more industry exposure in comparison to other courses. Also, after completing the degree you will experience also on the basis of the training programme, which will help you in getting the better job opportunities. No, sadly you are not eligible as B.Sc. Chemistry and Hons in zoology, botany, Geology, Geography, Biochemistry, and Microbiology with chemistry as one of the general pass subjects only works, and the percentage varies from University to University. WISH YOU LUCK FOR YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVORS!
