No college can guarantee 100% placements. Even though they advertise in such a way. Placements depend on your skills and knowledge. Your pay scale also depends on your skills. Companies do come for placements but it's up to the recruiter to select suitable candidates.

It is possible to work both in India or abroad in a reputed hotel. Which job and which designation you will get depends upon the score of your degree and the way you answer questions asked in the job interview.

Different courses have different eligibility criteria. To study in Germany, you might have to appear for international exams like GMAT or GRE to qualify for admission. Moreover, you might have to appear for an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS if English was not the medium of instruction

Yes, any degree is valid that has taken the course of 3 years to complete. Diplomas are not useful for UPSE.
