You can apply for the M.Sc in MLT, as you have completed B.Sc in MLT you can apply for this course.

Yes, you can do B.Tech after B.Sc, and you have two options for taking admission in B.Tech colleges first one is on the basis of your performances in B.Sc. And, if you have around 60% marks then you can easily get direct admission. Second option is you can give entrance exam for lateral entry scheme.
