There is no government college in Himachal Pradesh, which offers B.Sc in chemistry. There are six private colleges which offers B.Sc in chemistry.

Nope, unfortunately you cannot do so as DU has the guideline to get include only the Science subjects as in physics, chemistry and biology along with English for the calculation of best of 4 subjects for B.Sc. In any Science related stream. All the best !
