No, you cannot apply for that. You should complete your B.Sc degree first in order to pursue M.Sc degree.

You need to appear for the exam- Panjab University Common Entrance Test PG or PU-CET (PG) to get admission in M.Sc. This exam is the gateway to get this course. The exam shall be conducted on 8th and 9th June, 2019. For detailed information, you may click this link-

MBA is a very good option but you can apply for MCA also, in a distance learning university. MBA and MCA courses are available in Amity University, Annamalai University, Suresh Gyan Vihar University and Mewar University.

B.Sc. (Biotech) can pursue M.Sc. (Biotech) only. Only B.Tech. / B.E. (Bio-Tech) can pursue M.Tech.
