If you do DNS then you will get 1 year's Diploma certificate after which you can pursue B.Sc in the same via distance mode. This degree will not be a regular degree. When you do DNS course you have two semesters of 6 month each. After the completion of these semesters, you have to join the ship as a Trainee Deck Cadet with a training period of 18 months which will include your 3rd, 4th and 5th semesters. Once you complete your training period on board ship, you have to do modular advance courses as well as a 4-month competency course for a foreign going ship. Hello Inbha Raji,
I am afraid, your quest in getting lateral admission in B.Sc. Course after completing you Diploma is not feasible. As per the present scheme of things, lateral admission route is available only to those who are interested in getting admission to an engineering course after completion of their Diploma course.

The minimum eligibility qualification required for admission in B.Sc. (Agriculture)/ B.Sc. (Horticulture) shall be Intermediate in Science I. e. (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combination. The eligibility criteria for MSc nursing is: -
The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.2. The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of B.ScNursing /BSc Hons Nursing/Post Basic B.sc Nursing with a minimum of55% aggregate marks.
