The best college would be any of the DU (Delhi University) colleges, like Hansraj, Ramjas, Miranda, Zakir Husain Delhi College, SVC (Sri Venkateswara College) etc. After DU, I can suggest you to study M.Sc. In Wildlife Sciences from Amity University NOIDA or M.Sc. Zoology from MDU - Maharshi Dayanand University.

IP University does not offer B.Sc. Biotechnology but B.Tech in biotechnology is there.

No, B.Sc-Aviation is not offered at Anna University. In undergraduate Science courses, only Integrated courses are available but not Aviation.
