To apply for B.Sc in genetics, you need to check the basic eligibility requirement for the same. The basic criterion of eligibility needed to be MET for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks. If you fulfill the eligibility, you can apply for the same.

It totally depends on your interest. If you want to get into a research, education, food industry, etc. This course may be a good option. Apart from this, B.Sc graduates have equal opportunities at par with other stream graduates/professionals for UPSC and other competitive exams.

Hello Kavi,
It's very nice to hear from you that you still want to study inspite of completing your B.Sc. Yes, you can go to a foreign university for doing your BCA/MCA. This will enable you to get job easily after completion of your studies. However, getting admission involves lots of nuances and these are very familiar to the agencies specialising in sending students abroad for studies. Hence I would like to advise you that please approach such an agency.
