Complete your 10+2 in Science stream with PCM and English with a first class. To study abroad you must decide where to study because the requirements are very different. Depending on your choice you must take SAT IELTS or TOEFL etc. To study in India you can check college specific cut-offs and apply. There are only few universities which conduct entrance exams but not all.

IUCAA, IIA (Indian Institute of Astrophysics) Bangalore, IISER Pune, CESSI IISER Kolkata, ICTS, HRI Allahabad, IIST Trivandrum, TIFR, NCRA, RRI Bangalore, IISc Bangalore are good for Astrophysics.
