BCA would be a better option if we come to getting a job. Since BCA is a technical degree and has more scope than B.Sc in computer science which only provides theoretical knowledge.

One should choose M.FTech only if they have ample interest in Apparel/Textile & Fashion industries. It is mostly about Apparel/Textile production. It deals with the technical aspects of garment/textile industry, in addition with brushes of knowledge about the fashion industry. If one has a B.Tech background, it will be much better. If you get one of the top centres, placement will not be a problem. You should not keep high expectations as you may get started with just 4-5 LPA.
