The difference between BCA and B.Sc. CS is BCS CS is concept oriented, It will teach you the Core Concept of computer Science, which will help you to learn anything new very quickly, other hand BCA is application oriented, teach current technologies, Core Computing, Programming, frameworks etc. To pursue BCA you can join from Science, Commerce and Arts background. But to pursue B.Tech or B.Sc. CS you'll need a solid background of mathematics. The best colleges for BCA / B.Sc. CS are: You should have minimum 50% in 12th to do BCA. Some colleges prefer students who have studied Mathematics till 12th class where as there are some colleges which give admission to those who had opted Arts or Commerce. I think there are plenty of opportunities to go after that most students/faculty oversee. Most faculty in biotechnology think that, the next steps after an undergraduate degree is to go for Ph.D/M.Sc. I strongly disagree with this.
In addition to courses such as Master's/ Ph.D in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology etc.

Patent Agent/Lawyer/Attorney (Biotech + Legal Experience/Degree)
Management (Biotech + Experience + Good MBA Degree)
Biomedical/Biomechanical Engineer ((Biotech + Experience/Degree in Bio related Product Engineering)
Bioprocess Engineer (Biotech + Experience/Specialization in downstream processing). This area has lot of potential.
Clinical Research Related Jobs (Biotech + Experience/Specialization in Clinical Trials)
Clinical Data Analysts (Biotech + Experience/Specialization in SAS/R/SPSS)
Bioinformatics (Biotech + Specialization in Bioinformatics)
Sales & Marketing-Biomedical Equipments/Assays (Biotech + Experience in Sales and there are many more.
Also, with good experience you can also look at entrepreneurship as an option. There are lot of funding available from the Indian Government to promote biotech startups.
