The admission is done through counselling based on the rank obtained in Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU-CET).
The 2-year course would cost you approx INR 4.40 lakhs.

You need IELTS academic 7 band in all components to register yourselves in the nursing council. Hence, if you have this IELTS score then you can apply for 1 year top up programme for Nursing. In other words, this will be final year of B.Sc. Nursing which will lead you to do registration in the nursing council to work as Staff nurse.

Both are different subjects. It cannot be compared to each other. So, I would suggest you to follow your interest & passion. As per scope wise B.Sc is a subject which has an overall scope while getting placed. But culinary would give you a specific domain to work on after completion of the course.
