The admission is done through counselling based on the rank obtained in Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU-CET).
The 2-year course would cost you approx INR 4.40 lakhs.

You need IELTS academic 7 band in all components to register yourselves in the nursing council. Hence, if you have this IELTS score then you can apply for 1 year top up programme for Nursing. In other words, this will be final year of B.Sc. Nursing which will lead you to do registration in the nursing council to work as Staff nurse.

Both are different subjects. It cannot be compared to each other. So, I would suggest you to follow your interest & passion. As per scope wise B.Sc is a subject which has an overall scope while getting placed. But culinary would give you a specific domain to work on after completion of the course. For getting jobs abroad, you have to contact some immigration consultancy. You will have to give IELTS or TOEFL general for English proficiency. You ought to have a good band which would help you gather more points for the foreign country. You should have a very good academic score as well.

You can get a visa if you know anyone in Europe. Someone from there can help you if you know anyone. But you need to have someone from there who can help you out and also try for some consultancy and they may also help you out with this and also you need to clear TOEFL or IELTS.
