B.Sc provides a degree whereas AME course does not. AME course will be considered as an experience which is required to appear for DGCA paper 1 and 2. Both these courses in my opinion are equally useless and can spoil you future unless you are lucky.

Career depends on what you want to do for the rest of your life. Although agriculture is in the boom right now but you will get bored with the subjects if you do not find your interest in them.

Yes. There are a few local colleges that may be open for admission but you will have to find them yourself. Visit the colleges in your vicinity and inquire there directly.

It would be very hard to pursue MBA from a good college with 45%. Some colleges don't even take students below 50%. You will have to find a college locally to get admission but that wouldn't be very helpful.
