Well, you can learn in multiple ways, some people learn everything online while some join programs and courses to become a data scientist. I think one needs to cover a certain topics online while certain topics can only be learnt in classroom training module.

The fee structure for this course can only be explained by the college officials (or on the website). However, the process is quite general. Firstly, submit the application form. Then they will take your entrance test (a bit easy based on GK, English, Maths, and elementary science) followed by a personal interview. If they found you to be eligible, just pay the fee and start your education. That's it.
