Hi Ayesha,
The cut-off keeps changing every year and with every stream. Over the last few years it has remained within the range of 70 to 78%. Keeping this in view you will have a chance of admission. If the cut-off increases drastically chances will be minimal.

Yes, but you have less chances (around 75% chances) that you can get admission into those colleges at this rank, because lateral entry depends on the basis of vacant seats available in the second year.

Hey Manisha!
Firstly, congratulations on scoring such amazing marks!
You do have a high chance in the second list and to get into the college.
Just have patience, and wait for the list to come out.
Don't worry if you don't get selected. Just remember that a college plays a very little role in our life. All that matters is your hard work, no matter which college you go to.
So focus on the main part. I hope you have applied to other best colleges in Kolkata.
Hoping to see you in St. Xavier's College soon.
Wishing you good luck!
Just don't lose hope.

Yes, there is fee concession for category students but this is followed in only government colleges. You will not get any concession in private colleges.
Good luck.
