Hello Satvik,
Generally, if you fail in one or two subjects then colleges allow you to attend class in the 2nd year and then give the exam next year with the paper of 2nd year but if you fail in honours subject then you have to first pass the exam and then attend the next year's class. For more details, please contact to your college's Head of Department.

For becoming a pilot, no graduation is required. You just have to be class 12th pass with PCM. The minimum marks required in PCM is 50% for pursuing CPL. You may do Graduation on your own wish, although it will not be counted anywhere for CPL Training. It will only be an additional qualification on your CV.
