In general, for KCET you have to score minimum 75% (it consists of 50% board marks and 50% entrance test marks) to get a seat inside Bangalore in decent colleges and for top colleges in top courses, this will move upto 85%. Students in general score easily upto 90% in board exams, but same students generally score only upto 70% in entrance exam, as in entrance exam, an average student can score 20 of 60 in each subject and if put extra effort they can get upto 45 of 60 and then onwards each mark requires very extra effort and knowledge and great luck. Try to get rank in 5000 to get into a good college and course in Bangalore. Regarding COMEDK, refer below link:
Here again you have to score within 5000 ranks to get a good college seat, only thing is here no board marks is considered and is purely based on performance in entrance exam. Good luck! From next year like the case of medical in engineering there may remain only JEE (MAIN) and all this KCET and COMEDK have chances of being scrapped out.
