It depends on your interest. If you are good in physics, then go for B.Sc. Physics.

Well, B.Sc Biotechnology is also one amongst the traditional courses, but yes it is definitely a good course. However, when you measure the same with Law it definitely is beyond comparison, as both have different implications on career. However, Law as a course has gained much popularity in the past years, but one should remember that Law needs an interest in a student without which, you won't be able to survive your law school. First of all, I would make it very clear that there is no quota as such for any stream or student for UPSC exam. The only reservations available are with regard to general regulations, as per constitution. Next is up to you. You may take any stream of your choice. What you need to focus is to know the subject better to keep it as an optional paper. For that purpose, even Maths is a good option. You may go ahead with Maths, and keep it as optional subject.

Yes, he or she can get admission for B.Tech. But, for that you have to do Diploma of 2 years in same branch you want, then after Diploma course, you can directly get admission in 2nd year in same branch.

It actually depends on two things. One is vicinity to your place. So, if you can provide people the exact area where you are searching a college, it would be of better help for them to suggest you. Second factor is your score. Once you provide those information, I think people can guide you better and can come out with some specific colleges to suggest you.
