It would be better if you choose B.Sc. And if engineering is your aim, then prepare for it while pursuing your B.Sc. Degree and give the exam again next year or otherwise, focus on B.Sc. And start preparing for post graduation exams in your second year of B.Sc.

The application process for entering the course varies from university to university. Some colleges conduct entrance tests and some select candidates on the basis of cut-off marks. But the application process is not that rigorous as compared to other courses.
Direct entry in Master of Education (M.Ed.)

Hello dear,
BRAOU was established in 1982. It offers various UG & PG programs through distance learning mode. The degree programs are offered under various streams such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, and Management. The application forms can be filled online on payment of INR 200 as application fee by Credit/ Debit Card or in cash through TS/ AP Online.
BRAOU conducts separate B.Ed Entrance Tests to offer admission in B.Ed and B.Ed (Special Education) program.
BA, B.Sc, B.Com and B.Li.Sc admissions are offered on the basis of marks in the last qualifying examination followed by the release of course-wise merit list.

The information I am going to give is as per last year record. There won't be much difference though, you can chill about that. The updated information you will get only after your board results. So, The minimum % for application is 60%
