Yes, MBA is a post graduation course which you can pursue after your graduation. You only need 2 years to complete this degree. For appearing in this course, you only need 50%marks in your graduation degree. Well, in my opinion, you will not going to face any problem in this degree.

Yes, you can do lateral entry B.Sc from Delhi, it is possible. But from my opinion, visit the college and confirm the procedure related.

Yes, you can get into DU for your preferred course through entrance exam. I am not familiar with the cutoffs for entrance exam. Here, two of the best choice for you as B.Tech or B.Sc.
B.Tech degree in Biotechnology encompasses both the biological sciences as well as the engineering aspect of Biotechnology. The B.Tech curriculum will cover life sciences subjects such as Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, etc. and engineering subjects like Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Thermodynamics, Mass Transfer etc.
