I think you should go with B.Tech because with B.Tech you will get so many opportunities in both sector i.e. govt. services as well as private sector too.

You should go for M.Sc because you have got a great experience of that field rather than choosing MBA. But you can also choose MBA if you have interest in it.

Yes, you can go for physiotherapy after 77% in your 12th class. Elligibility criteria for pursuing physiotherapy in most of the top universities is that you must be pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, physics, chemistry and biology as a subject). You can opt for Bachelor of physiotherapy (BPT). It is of 4.5 years. It is always advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding industrial exposure and professional enhancement training.
