After finishing their studies, graduates of nursing can go for M.Sc (Nursing). There are lots of specialized areas for a person to train. A few of them are:

To be eligible for M.Sc in food science and nutrition, you need to have B.Sc Home Science or Family and Community Sciences/Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics/Food Science and Quality Control/ Nutrition and Dietetics/B.Sc with Human Nutrition/Applied Nutrition/Food Science and Nutrition/ Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics/ Food Science and Quality Control with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board or institution.

Kurukshetra University does not offer this course but you can find out more from NDRI and ICAR KARNAL for Dairy Research and Agricultural degree respectively. It would be tough for you to get into IHM-Bangalore with that rank. But I personally have knowledge of people getting admission there with that rank. You can get admission if you were in the reservation category. There are three rounds of selection. So if you don't get selected by round 1 or 2, you might as well have to be lucky to get in round 3. So, IHM-Bangalore should be your first preference but also have some backup IHMs incase you don't make it.
