You will have to appear and clear the RAS exam. Eligibility to apply to this exam is mentioned below. To be eligible for the Rajasthan Administrative Service, you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria, prescribed by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission:
Academic Qualification- Graduate in Any Discipline
Age Limit:
Minimum age- 21 years
Maximum age - 35 years for General Category and 40 years for OBC, Sc/St category. There is no percentage criteria to apply for the exam. For more information, go to the official website of Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Regards.

A candidate requires at least two main Science subjects with minimum aggregate of 55% in Science stream at 10 + 2 level to get admitted to B.Sc. Admission process of this course is carried out based on the candidates performance in their high school exams.

Dear student, it depend upon you only on which field you want to go. B.Tech is a technical field while B.Sc is not a technical field. You can pursue B.Sc in mathematics / physics / chemistry etc. And, if you want to pursue B.Tech, then you can go for any branch like CE, ECE, CS ME, EEE etc. For your aim, please correct a right option for yourself.
