All three are equally good and once you are done with you M.Sc. In any of this three steams you can go for M Tech too mainly in chemical, biomedical or biotechnology engineering.

Hello,
Many government college give admission to student with atleast 45% marks so you can get admission if you apply for the admission but if you wants admission in private college then it is quite tough to get admission as minimum qualification is 50% for any private college.
