Among BCA, B.Sc and B.Tech, you can select any course, selection of best course among above depends upon the college in which you are going to pursue that course, because college matters more than course. Example, if you have completed your B.Tech from a normal college and the same course from any IIT College, both are too different.

No, it is not necessary to do an internship after completion of your B.Sc degree to pursue a course in M.Sc. Basic eligibility to pursue M.Sc is the completion of graduation with a pre-decided pass percentage. This pass marks may vary for different colleges. Also, different colleges may conduct entrance exams for admission to M.Sc courses. Please refer to the link provided below for detailed eligibility criteria and admission process for M.Sc course after graduation. https://www.shiksha.com/science/articles/what-is-msc-course-all-about-know-the-full-form-eligibility-scope-blogId-13439.

Hi Priywrat!
If you want to pursue a career in finance, you can definitely go for it. In order to fulfill the eligibility criteria, you should have completed your class 12 with maths/statistics as a mandatory subject. There is no different criteria for a science student. All the aspiring candidates have to appear for NPAT exam, about which you can read here: https://www.shiksha.com/bba/exams/npat
