The official brochure states the following eligibility criteria of TANCET MBA 2018:
Must hold a Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration from a recognised institution. A prospective test taker must have a minimum 50 percent of marks (45 per cent for reserved category) at the graduation level to be able to apply for the TANCET 2018 exam. Candidates must be native residents of Tamil Nadu state. However, candidates from other states can appear for the entrance exam, but the eligibility criteria will be fixed by the conducting authority or University. Candidates with B.E. /B.Tech. Degrees obtained through Distance / Weekend mode are not eligible. Candidates with degree obtained without studying 10th, 12th standard. Or three years degree programme will not be considered eligible for the entrance examination.

Salary of various jobs after B.Sc-IT

If you have good communication skills, you can also enter BPO industry. You can also get a job as technical support executive in the MNCs and also the non-voice processes in BPOs. Most of the companies require at least 60% marks in your B.Sc. IT degree. Good communication skills and knowledge of software development are added advantages.
