70% is enough marks to take admission in astrophysics, and the fee structure you are asking will differ from college to college. But, the average college fee for 4 years is INR 2.7 lacs. Regards.

Yes, it is a good decision, if you don't want to target the teaching sector. I am doing my MBA from Doon Business School, Dehradun after B.Tech. And, I feel the college faculty here are experienced enough to mold you.

The best colleges for B.Sc Biology in India are Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur etc.

After B.Sc Biology, you can do Master of Science in Biology, Master of Science in Biological Sciences, Master of Science in Applied Biology, Master of Science in Conservation Biology etc.
