It completely depends upon the students intrest . According to the present scenario psychology is a better carrer option as zoology botany finally end up in teaching protection but by doing Phd in psychology you can get high paying jobs.

If you want to select teaching as an option, you can go for Ph.D. or B.Ed. One more options is management courses like you can go for hospital management and related to that. All these jobs are high paying jobs.

For pursuing B.Sc in CS/IT you need science stream in your 12th without it you are not eligible for B.Sc because B.Sc CS includes maths, computer and physics as main subjects.

In 12th, you should get 75 percentage. And for SC and ST, 65 percentage. Neet cut-off for OBC is 629-698 marks.
