Job Opportunities after B.Sc in Biomedical Science:
Numerous opportunities exist for students pursuing a course in biomedical sciences in India. It is a vast, happening subject with great opportunities for laboratory work, management, research, education, and consultancy. JAM is for M.Sc. You can take JAM, only after graduation. For integrated B.Sc, you will have to appear for JEE.

There is no entrance examination.
Candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply.
Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1998 are eligible to apply.
Application form will be available from the first week of April 2018.
The Admission will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination (10+2).
The candidates are short-listed based on their merit will be called for the counselling.

Both the profiles that you have mentioned here are way different from each other. There is nothing comparable between them. Hence, there are only and only difference.
Commercial Pilot flies the plane and does the operational duty for the airline whereas someone who has done B.Sc. Aviation might be working for any department as per the company requirements. It may be operations, ground handling, ramp duties, cargo, hub control, etc.
B.Sc Aviation is merely a graduation degree which allows you to call yourself a graduate and hence, eligible for any job that requires it's candidates to be a graduate.

Basic eligibility criteria for this course is that applicant should have completed graduation from a recognized university. Since you have completed your graduation in B.Sc Maths, you are eligible to pursue a course in M.Sc IT from Sikkim Manipal University, Directorate of Distance Education. Moreover, you will be given preference over other candidates as you have a B.Sc degree.
