If you look at Railways Job Vacancies, it has two options, one is technical. In which there requires you the technical degree in B.Tech or Diploma. With B.Sc. You may not ab able to get the core technical job in Railways. In non technical sector, surely you can get the job after B.Sc. If you are able to crack the railways entrance exam. IISC, Bangalore (Admission through Boards, JEE, KVPY)
IISER (Same as above)
NISER (Admission through NEST)
St. Xavier, Calcutta & Presidency University. (Admission via Boards & Entrance, respectively)

B.Sc. Psychology entrance exams syllabus is totally based on what a student learned in 11 and 12 NCERT or Karnataka PUC text book. And the English part is based on the common GK in English, that is like grammar.
