No, candidates cannot take admission in IISSER Pune BS+MS course without the IISER Entrance Exam. Candidates willing to take admission in the BS-MS course at Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) must appear for the IISER entrance exam, also known as the IISER aptitude test. Candidates who cleared their Class 12 in the Science stream are eligible to apply for the IISER entrance exam 2025. As per the IISER entrance exam pattern, there are a total of 60 objective questions that candidates need to complete in three hours.

Both of the institutions, IISER Pune and IISER Bhopal offer BS+MS courses for the duration of five years. This integrated programme is different from BSc courses as it focuses more on research papers. To get into Bunts Sangha's Ramanath Payyade College of Hospitality Management Studies for the BSc course, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute. Students must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate. BSRPCHMS offers full-time BSc courses of three years' duration. Students can get into this course based on entrance-exam.

Candidates willing to take admission in the BSc course at the Gujarat Technical University should check for the admission criteria. The admission is primarily granted on the basis of Class 12 exam under the guildlines of Gujarat Common Admission Service (GCAS). Therefore, appearing for CUET examis not necessary for the getting admission into BSc at GTU.

The cutoff for the BSc course at IISER Pune for the academic year 2025 is yet to be released. However, as per the previous year's cutoff for the academic years 2022 and 2023, it can be seen that the competition level gets a little low as the ranks get higher.
