Opting for B.Tech CSE in NIE Mysore is not a bad choice if you're getting the admission through COMEDK. The college possesses fair infrastructure, teaching staff, and industry linkage that can serve to your benefit through exposure and options. That again depends upon what you have on your career plan and choices.

Having 80.7 percentile in JEE Mains and having an OBC rank of 100521, getting a seat for B.Tech in CSE in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, would be hard. The cut-offs in reputed colleges for CSE are much higher, and your rank can fail to provide for general seats and even a few reserved seats. Nonetheless, you would have better chances in other types of engineering where the demand is less. Checking with the college directly about cutoff trends for a particular year would be advisable as well as scouting out other chances such as through management quota.

Hello,
You do stand a chance of getting into an NIT with a 74.5 percentile in JEE Mains as a General-PwD candidate. However, you might find it slightly difficult to get CSE because it's a very competitive stream. All is not lost, though! You may still get CSE in the more recent NITs or during the later rounds of counseling when seats sometimes become available. It's also worth looking into related fields such as IT or ECE, which also enjoy good career prospects. Stay optimistic and maintain your options. Best of luck with your admissions!
