Here are some really good B.Tech CSE colleges that charge less than ?4 lakh:
1. Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi: They have relatively affordable fees of ?64,600 and wonderful academics along with placements.
2. Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies (AIACTR), Delhi: These colleges have fees of approximately ?1.6 lakh, though the colleges have good connectivity with industries.
3. SRM University, Chennai: The infrastructure is quite contemporary, with fees of ?2 lakh.
4. Sathyabama University, Chennai: Fees only ?1 lakh, but a research-focused institution.
5. MAKAUT, Kolkata: Fees around ~?1.44 Lacs

The University of Lucknow offers a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) program. Admissions are conducted through the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) based on JEE Main scores.
