VIT Vellore BTech CSE provides a broad foundation in Computer Science. It is a better option for those who want flexibility across different areas of CS.

VIT Vellore also offers CSE specialisations such as CSE (Data Science), CSE (Bioinformatics), CSE (Cyber Security), CSE (AI & ML), and CSE (AI & Data Engineering). They are more suitable for students who already have a strong interest in particular domains.

Curriculum covers solid fundamentals (DSA, Compiler Design) plus newer AI-focused content via Accenture and IBM, but real industry-ready skills still need independent effort — coding practice on LeetCode, personal projects, and hackathons matter as much as coursework itself.
