You should accept the Electrical branch in NIT Silchar rather than CSE in IIITS as NIT Silchar is way older and has more reputation than IIITs. You should study hard in the 1st year in NIT Silchar as 1st year is common in every department and if you will be able to score more than 9 CGPA then you can apply for branch transfer in CSE. NIT Silchar has a facility of branch transfer in 2nd year so you can go for CSE in 2nd year.

The average salary provided to the students was around INR 2.98 lacs per annum. The highest package was around INR 50 to 51 Lacs per annum offered to the students of PACE.

You can get an admission to the CSE branch of LDRP Institute of Technology and Research, Gandhinagar under management quota. Most the seats of the management quota are reserved for those students who do not have standard merit but can pay higher fees.
