Surely, Babu Banarasi Das College for your engineering studies and for the robotics club enthusiasm you can join the robotics club there and for more you can also attend various competitions held across different IITs and NITs for that.

I've done diploma in electrical engineering. If I want to do B.Tech electrical and electronics engineering, would there be a problem?

You can do any branch of engineering after passing your Diploma. However, it's better to contact the college itself for more clarification on this. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Average package: 8.98 lakhs per annum and the highest package: 68.5 lakhs per annum.
Out of 1220 people registered for placements, 823 have been placed.
